Terms of Service

S7OFF provides digital services related to the GSM sphere, IMEI checks, software tools, licenses, credits, activations and server services.

All services are provided digitally. S7OFF does not perform physical delivery of goods unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific service page.

The customer is obliged to independently read the service description, requirements, timeframes, limitations and conditions before placing an order.

To use certain features of the site, the customer may need an account.

The customer is responsible for:

• The accuracy of registration data
• The security of their login and password
• Access to their email, Telegram, WhatsApp or other contact details
• All actions performed through their account
• Timely updating of contact information

S7OFF is not liable for losses arising from loss of account access, sharing a password with third parties, email compromise or use of a weak password.

Before placing an order the customer must verify:

• Service name
• Service description
• Turnaround time
• Supported devices, models, countries, carriers or accounts
• Required order fields
• Correctness of IMEI, Serial Number, username, email and other data
• Any additional conditions or restrictions

After placing and paying for an order, the customer confirms they have provided correct data and selected the appropriate service.

To fulfil certain services S7OFF may request:

• IMEI
• Serial Number
• Username
• Email
• Device model
• Country
• Carrier
• Service account credentials
• Screenshots
• Additional technical data

The customer must provide only accurate and correct information. If the customer provided incorrect or incomplete data, the order may be delayed, rejected, fulfilled incorrectly or non-refundable.

Payment for services is made via the methods available on the site.

S7OFF may accept payment through payment systems, bank methods, cryptocurrency services, account balance or other available methods.

An order begins processing only after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the service page.

The customer is responsible for the correctness of the payment, amount, currency, payment reference and transaction data.

Service prices may change without prior notice.

S7OFF reserves the right to change service prices, fees, turnaround times and service conditions.

The price shown at the time of placing an order applies to that specific order if payment was successfully completed.

If a supplier changed the service price before processing began, S7OFF may offer the customer an additional payment, service replacement or order cancellation.

All S7OFF services are delivered digitally.

The result may be provided via:

• Personal account
• Order page
• Email
• Telegram
• WhatsApp
• Order status
• Digital key
• Account activation
• Credit top-up
• Report or completion confirmation

An order is considered fulfilled if the result was provided, the license was activated, credits were credited, the report was delivered, or the service received a final status of Completed, Done, Success, Activated or equivalent.

Turnaround times shown on the site are approximate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Times may depend on:

• Type of service
• Server load
• Supplier operation
• Technical checks
• Accuracy of customer data
• External APIs
• Supplier weekends, holidays or non-working hours
• Additional conditions of the specific service

A processing delay is not automatically grounds for order cancellation or a refund if the service is still being processed.

IMEI checks, Serial Number checks, FMI/iCloud checks, Carrier checks, SIM Lock checks, Blacklist checks, GSX reports and other informational reports are provided based on available databases, servers and suppliers.

S7OFF does not guarantee that the check result will match the customer's expectations or resolve the customer's commercial objective.

Once a report is provided, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund is issued if the result was delivered correctly.

Server services and unlock services may be executed through external suppliers, servers, official panels, APIs or partner systems.

Once an order is transferred to a supplier, cancellation may not be possible.

If an order is in Pending, Processing, In Progress, Waiting or equivalent status, the customer must wait for the final result. The final outcome may depend on the supplier's response.

Licenses, tool activations, credits, subscriptions, digital keys and renewals are delivered via activation, credit top-up, key issuance or completion confirmation.

After activation, delivery, renewal or crediting, such services are non-refundable.

The customer must verify in advance the correctness of the username, email, account, license duration and selected product.

Refunds are governed by the separate S7OFF Refund Policy.

In general, a refund is not possible if:

• The order has already been fulfilled
• The service is in processing
• The order has been transferred to the supplier
• The customer provided incorrect data
• The customer selected an unsuitable service
• The digital product has already been activated or delivered
• The report or result has been provided
• The customer changed their mind after the order was started

S7OFF may offer reprocessing, service replacement, balance credit, partial refund or full refund only after reviewing the situation.

Before opening a chargeback, bank dispute, crypto dispute or claim, the customer must contact S7OFF support to resolve the matter.

If the customer opens a dispute without contacting support, S7OFF reserves the right to:

• Temporarily block the account
• Suspend order processing
• Restrict access to the service
• Refuse further service
• Provide evidence of order fulfilment to the payment provider

Abuse of refunds, disputes, false claims or fraudulent actions is prohibited.

The customer is prohibited from using S7OFF for:

• Fraud
• Illegal activities
• Violation of third-party rights
• Attempts at unauthorised access
• Attacks on the site or servers
• Mass creation of fake accounts
• Use of stolen payment details
• Placement of false orders
• Abuse of bonuses, balance or the order system

S7OFF reserves the right to block an account and cancel service if these rules are violated.

The customer is fully responsible for:

• The accuracy of data entered
• The legality of using the ordered service
• Selecting the appropriate service
• The device or account meeting the service requirements
• Keeping their account access secure
• The consequences of using the result received
• Compliance with the laws of their country

S7OFF is not liable for losses arising from customer errors, incorrect service selection or improper use of the result.

S7OFF is not liable for:

• Actions of external suppliers
• Delays from servers, APIs or partners
• Unavailability of third-party platforms
• Errors caused by incorrect customer data
• Commercial losses of the customer
• Loss of profit
• Account blocks on third-party services
• Changes to supplier or manufacturer rules
• Inability to fulfil the service for reasons beyond S7OFF's control

S7OFF's maximum liability for a specific order is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.

The customer may contact S7OFF support regarding orders, payment, fulfilment status, errors or technical issues.

For a prompt review the customer must provide:

• Order number
• Account email
• Service name
• Payment date
• Description of the issue
• Screenshots or additional data if required

Support handles requests in order of receipt and depending on the complexity of the matter.

S7OFF may modify, temporarily disable or remove individual services without prior notice.

Reasons may include:

• Changes to supplier conditions
• Technical maintenance
• Server unavailability
• Price changes
• Discontinuation of service support
• High risk of errors or failures
• Legal or technical restrictions

If a service was paid for but can no longer be fulfilled, S7OFF may offer a replacement, balance credit or refund depending on the order status.

All texts, site structure, design, logos, interface elements, service descriptions and S7OFF materials belong to S7OFF or are used on a lawful basis.

Copying, distributing, reselling, automated scraping or use of site materials without permission is prohibited.

The S7OFF website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, panels, payment systems, messengers or partner resources.

S7OFF is not responsible for the content, rules, security or operation of third-party websites and services. The customer uses third-party resources at their own risk.

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate S7OFF Privacy Policy.

By using the site, the customer agrees that data may be used for order processing, support, security, payments and the fulfilment of digital services.

S7OFF may update these Terms of Service at any time.

The new version takes effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes the customer's acceptance of the new version.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

S7OFF reserves the right to make the final decision in disputed situations relating to orders, payments, refunds, delivery and use of the service.

By placing an order on S7OFF, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
