Overview of Digital Delivery

S7OFF provides digital GSM services, IMEI checks, server services, licenses, credits, activations and other online services. All services are delivered digitally through the website, personal account, email, Telegram, WhatsApp or other available communication method if required to complete the order.

S7OFF does not provide physical delivery of goods. All order results are provided online.

02

Delivery Format

After successful payment, the order may be delivered in one of the following formats:

  • IMEI check result or report
  • service completion status
  • license activation
  • credits credited
  • access data or digital key
  • confirmation of server service completion
  • order completion notification
  • instructions for further actions

The delivery format depends on the type of service and the conditions specified in the description of the particular service.

03

Delivery Timeframes

The turnaround time and service delivery time is indicated on the service page or in the order description.

Estimated timeframes may depend on:

  • type of service
  • server load
  • supplier's working schedule
  • accuracy of client data
  • additional checks
  • technical work
  • device, account or carrier status

The specified timeframe is approximate unless otherwise stated in the service description.

04

Order Processing Start

Order processing begins after:

  • successful payment
  • receipt of all necessary data from the client
  • order confirmation by the system or administrator
  • transfer of the order to the supplier, if the service is provided through an external server

If the client provided incomplete or incorrect data, processing may be delayed until the information is clarified.

05

Delivery of IMEI Checks and Reports

Results of IMEI checks, Serial Number checks, FMI/iCloud checks, Carrier checks, SIM Lock checks, Blacklist checks, GSX reports and other information services are delivered digitally.

The result may be available:

  • in the client's personal account
  • on the order page
  • by email
  • through support if manual result delivery is required

Once the result is provided, the service is considered delivered.

06

Delivery of Licenses, Credits and Activations

Licenses, tool activations, credits, subscriptions and digital products are delivered by means of:

  • activation on the client's account
  • crediting credits to username or email
  • sending a digital key
  • extending an existing license
  • confirming activation in the order

The client is obliged to ensure in advance that they have entered the correct username, email, account or activation data. Incorrect data may result in delivery error, and S7OFF is not responsible for client errors.

07

Delivery of Server Services and Unlock Services

Server services and unlock services may be provided through external suppliers, official panels, servers or partner systems. Delivery is considered complete when the order receives a final status: Completed, Done, Success, Activated, Credits Added, License Extended, Report Delivered.

If the order is in Processing, Pending, In Progress or Waiting status, the service is not yet considered delivered.

08

Delivery Delays

Sometimes the delivery of a digital service may be delayed for reasons beyond S7OFF's direct control. Possible causes of delay:

  • technical work on the server
  • delay from the supplier
  • high load
  • temporary API unavailability
  • need for additional verification
  • incorrect or incomplete client data
  • holidays, weekends or supplier non-business hours
  • change in device, account or carrier status

A delay does not automatically mean order cancellation or refund if the service can still be completed.

09

Client Data Responsibility

The client is responsible for the accuracy of all data provided when placing an order. Such data includes:

  • IMEI
  • Serial Number
  • username
  • email
  • device model
  • country
  • carrier
  • service account
  • additional order fields

If the client provided incorrect data, S7OFF does not guarantee successful service delivery and is not responsible for the result.

10

Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered if:

  • the result is displayed in the personal account
  • the report was provided to the client
  • the license was activated
  • credits were credited
  • the service received Completed/Done/Success status
  • the client received a digital key, access data or confirmation of completion

S7OFF may use system logs, order history, supplier response or panel data as confirmation of delivery.

11

If Client Did Not Receive Result

If the client believes the order was paid but the result was not received, you must contact S7OFF support and provide:

  • order number
  • account email
  • service name
  • payment date
  • payment method
  • payment screenshot if required

Support will check the order status and provide delivery information.

12

Delivery Through Third-Party Platforms

Some services may be delivered through third-party platforms, suppliers, official panels, APIs or external servers. In such cases, delivery times and status may depend on the rules and technical operation of the respective supplier.

S7OFF monitors the order on its side, but cannot always accelerate service delivery if it has already been transferred to an external supplier.
