These services remove Cloud ID lock, demo mode, and MDM lock from Tecno, Infinix, and Itel phones. They are not a SIM carrier unlock — they are server‑based procedures that permanently detach a device‑level restriction from the manufacturer's servers. All three brands belong to Transsion and share the same security platform, so the unlock methods are identical across Tecno, Infinix, and Itel.

Tecno, Infinix, and Itel are owned by Transsion, one of the world's largest smartphone manufacturers. They dominate markets across Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East. All three brands run on the same HiOS/XOS platform, and their security features — Cloud ID lock, demo mode, and MDM lock — are built identically.

We offer three dedicated server‑side services for these devices:

• Cloud ID Lock Removal — removes the Transsion‑account lock that appears after a factory reset. If the phone asks for a Cloud ID password you don't have, this service permanently clears it from the server.

• Demo Mode Removal — converts a store display unit into a fully functional phone. Demo‑mode phones look normal but cannot be set up with a personal account.

• MDM Lock Removal — removes corporate Mobile Device Management restrictions that block certain features or force specific configurations.

All three services run entirely on the server side. You provide the IMEI, we verify the device region, and the lock is removed from Transsion's servers. Nothing is installed on the phone — no root, no bootloader modifications, no software. Most orders are completed within hours.
