Chimera Update — World's First Carrier Relock Support for the Latest Samsung Devices

Chimera has announced a new Carrier Relock method for the latest Samsung devices running newer firmware and security patch levels.

This update adds Carrier Relock support for multiple new Galaxy A series, Galaxy S series, Galaxy Tab and Galaxy Z Flip models. It also extends Carrier Relock compatibility for previously supported devices up to and including the 2026-07-05 security patch level.

These operations should be used only on devices you own, manage or are authorized to service, and always according to applicable carrier and device service policies.

Chimera presents this release as a World's First Carrier Relock method for the latest Samsung devices.

The new method is designed for supported Samsung models on the newest firmware and security patch levels, giving professional service providers updated compatibility for carrier-related Samsung service workflows.

The Carrier Relock procedure has also been updated for all previously supported devices.

According to the update, supported previously listed devices now work with Samsung firmware releases and security patch levels up to and including 2026-07-05.

If a device was already supported before, users should update Chimera to get compatibility with the latest Samsung firmware releases.
