Chimera Update — Xiaomi Improvements & Samsung Qualcomm Programmers

Chimera Tool has released a major update focused on Xiaomi Mi Account Bypass, firmware download improvements, Xiaomi Qualcomm EDL support and Samsung Qualcomm programmer expansion. This update is useful for GSM technicians, repair shops and unlock service providers working with Xiaomi and Samsung devices.

New Xiaomi MTK and Xiaomi Qualcomm Mi Account Bypass procedures are now available in Chimera. These procedures support a wide range of Xiaomi devices and give technicians more options when working with Mi Account related service cases.

Chimera expanded the Downloads section with new firmware server solutions. New Oppo and Vivo firmware sources are now available, and the Xiaomi firmware download service has also been improved for more stable and reliable access.

New programmers have arrived for Xiaomi Qualcomm devices. The update adds EDL mode support for Xiaomi 15, Redmi K80 Pro, Xiaomi 15 Pro, Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro, Redmi K90 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra.

The newly supported Xiaomi Qualcomm EDL models are Xiaomi 15, Redmi K80 Pro, Xiaomi 15 Pro, Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro, Redmi K90 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra. These devices now have access to multiple Chimera procedures in EDL mode.

For the supported Xiaomi Qualcomm devices, Chimera now provides the following procedures: Factory Reset, Remove FRP, Get Info, Advanced Update Firmware, Restore / Store Backup, Set Active A/B Slot, Root, Update Firmware and Bypass Mi Account.

Chimera also added new programmers for Samsung Qualcomm devices. The update expands support for many Galaxy A, Galaxy F, Galaxy M, Galaxy S, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold models with specific BIT versions.

New Samsung Qualcomm programmer support includes Galaxy A05s SM-A057F BITD, SM-A057G BITA and SM-A057M BITE; Galaxy A23 SM-A235F BITE and SM-A235M BITF; Galaxy A23 5G SM-A236B / SM-A236E BITE; Galaxy A73 5G SM-A736B BITB; Galaxy F23 5G SM-E236B BITE; Galaxy M14 SM-M145F BITB; Galaxy M23 5G SM-M236B BITE and Galaxy M55 5G SM-M556E BIT5.

The update adds Samsung Qualcomm support for Galaxy S21 5G SM-G991U1 BITJ, Galaxy S22 Plus 5G SM-S906E BITD, Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G SM-S908E BITD and SM-S908W BIT9, Galaxy S23 5G SM-S911B BIT9, Galaxy S23 Plus 5G SM-S916B BIT9, Galaxy S23 Plus 5G SM-S918N BIT7, Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G SM-S918B BIT9 and Galaxy S24 Ultra SM-S928B / SM-S928N BIT5.

Samsung tablet and foldable support includes Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 SM-T505C BIT7, Galaxy Tab A9 Plus WiFi SM-X210 BITB, Galaxy Tab A9 Plus WiFi SM-X210R BIT6, Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G SM-F711B BITH, Galaxy Z Flip 4 5G SM-F721N BIT7, Galaxy Z Flip 6 5G SM-F741B BIT3, Galaxy Z Fold 4 5G SM-F936N BIT7, Galaxy Z Fold 5 5G SM-F946N BIT6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 5G SM-F956B BIT3.

For the supported Samsung Qualcomm models, Chimera now provides the following procedures: Factory Reset, Remove FRP, Get Info, Remove FMM, Remove MDM, Repair Boot, Root, Repair Serial, CSC Change, Remove KnoxGuard and Reset Battery Status.

The Remove KnoxGuard solution works up to the February 2024 security update. Technicians should check the device security patch level before attempting the procedure.

This Chimera update is important because it expands practical service coverage for both Xiaomi and Samsung devices. Xiaomi technicians get new Mi Account Bypass procedures and improved firmware access, while Samsung technicians receive new Qualcomm programmers for many important Galaxy models and BIT versions.
